Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Baked goods cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Cancelled Orders

Payment will be forfeited for any orders cancelled within 48 hours of delivery. No refunds will be given.

Refunds for orders paid by check will be held for 7 days and refunded by check only to the original issuer of the check.
